At Play In Buenos Aires we are committed to making sure your stay is fun, enlightening and memorable. Unlike some Buenos Aires apartment rental services who leave you to fend for yourself, our goal is to provide concierge service at affordable prices.
 
Your Arrival
A friendly member of our Buenos Aires staff, fluent in English, will be on hand to greet you at the apartment or better yet, to pick you up at the airport ($40 USD) and provide an interesting, fact-filled tour on the drive to your destination.

• Car service - from either Buenos Aires airport and/or a private tour of the city
• Additional maid service (midweek maid service is included with each week’s rental).
Casa del Sol offers “room service,” meals from Pappa Deus, a highly-rated restaurant in the same building.
• Travel agency services – side trips to destinations such as Iguazú Falls, Bariloche (including ski trips in the Andes), Mendoza (wine country), Cordoba, Punta del Este, Ushuaia, El Tigre Delta (boat tour).
• Rental cars, parking.
• Event/concert/opera tickets (based on availability).
• Tango lessons.
• Spanish lessons.
• Laptop rentals.
• Concierge services (such as restaurant reservations, tango dinner shows, tours, translation services, etc.).

Rental Policies
• We require a $300 security deposit on apartment rentals. The deposit will be promptly refunded within 14 days after your stay is complete.
 
• The full amount of your stay, plus deposit, must be paid before arrival
(one full week if it is paid by check).
Deposits and rents are quoted in U.S. dollars and may be paid by
PayPal (allows credit cards), check, or cash (in Buenos Aires).
 
• This is a non-smoking property.  Please do not smoke inside the apartment. If you must, please smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
 
• Each rental apartment lists its maximum occupancy. The use of the property by more than the number of allowed persons or smoking on premises will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
 
• No pets in any of the apartments.
 
• No children under twelve in “Recoleta Aventura” apartment.
 
• Guests are responsible for damage, breakage, or loss to the unit or furnishings.
 
• We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to guest belongings or for accidents or injuries on the premises. Please be careful with your valuables, use safes where provided, and be sure to shut the apartment and building doors when leaving (on some units the doors lock automatically, so don't forget your key).  
 
• Loud and/or inappropriate behavior that disturbs or offends building residents is grounds for termination. We wish you an enjoyable vacation, but you must respect the rights of other residents in the building.
 
• Appliance malfunctions or service requests for air conditioning, televisions, plumbing, etc. will be responded to as quickly as possible. There are no rebates or refunds issued to Tenants for any reason as every good faith effort has been made to ensure the property is maintained to highest standards.
 
• Local telephone service is free of charge.
 
• Recoleta Aventura: does not allow long distance calls except through the Tenant’s personal calling cards. A cell phone is provided for use with the purchase of a phone card (it uses a  Citi Movil card).  Phone cards (tarjetas) can be purchased at local drug stores and news stands throughout the city.
 
• Casa del Sol has a special “internet phone,” that is, a phone that look like “normal phone” but can make long distance phone calls without the use of a personal computer. We ask that you limit your long distance phone calls to less than one hour per day. If you feel that you have to use more calling time than that, let us know and we will work out an equitable solution.
 
• Should the tenant terminate the reservation of the rental apartment within fourteen days of their scheduled check-in date, the Agent will keep the entire deposit unless the Agent can rent the property during the same time frame. In that case, the Tenant will be refunded the entire deposit.
 
• If the Tenant or any member of his/her party violates any of these policies, the Agent may, at the Agent's sole discretion, terminate this lease with no refund of any portion of the rent unless the property is able to be re-rented during the same time period the rental apartment was originally reserved. If the stated policies are violated, The Agent may enter the premises and remove Tenant, the members of his/her party and their belongings.
